Hi Pauly,
Just want you to know the food was excellent. Everyone was happy and raved about how good it was. The only problem was the grilled vegetables and cavatelli went fast, I did not get any but heard how good it was. There was almost a full pan of meatballs, 3/4 pan of penne, 1/2 sausage and one of the salads left. We gave out doggie bags and it all went.
Well thanks for your assistance and help. It was a great time had by all.

I would like to thank you for making my entertaining run a lot smoother this year. The pork, stuffed shrimp, veggies, antipasto, etc. were all terrific. The pork came out very nice. We cooked it in a hotel pan on the outside grill until it reached 140-145 degrees. It was perfect-tender and delicious. We had more room in our oven for everything else. My husband and I cook pretty good, but were under the gun during this Holiday season due to work schedules, other plans, ect. We needed some help. After your tasty food, we will surely see you again-SOON! I am sure glad L.R., who I work with, told me about you.
Well, Pauly, you are a winner now. Keep up the good work. We will surely pass your name on to others. I have already started.
